Easy Sugar-Free Hot Chocolate

Cocoa powder is a great source of antioxidants and maple syrup is an excellent natural sweetener filled with electrolytes. Almond milk is also a great alternative for those of you sensitive to dairy!


• 1 cup of almond milk

• 1 tbsp of cocoa powder

• 1-2 tbsp of pure maple syrup (depending on how sweet you would like it)


• Heat almond milk over low-medium heat

• Add cocoa powder and maple syrup, whisking periodically

• Enjoy!

This is an awesome drink for a cold winter night and a great way to satisfy a sweet tooth!
