The Practical Programming Course is a case-study based course, where we will take you through the full process of writing a program for both an individual and team-sport athlete.

Think of this course as a step-by-step guide of the TRAINING2XL way - learn and apply the exact methods we use for writing programs for our athletes in sport and athletes in life.

At TRAINING2XL, we believe that a better understanding of the basics and actionable strategies helps us coach more effectively, while subsequently improving our athlete’s and client’s performance. So often, you are bombarded with theory that can be hard to actually put into practice. Our goal with this program is to provide you with the exact steps you need to take the write effective programs for your clients and athletes.

Let me guess…

  • Every time you sit down to write a new athlete/client program, you feel like you’re spinning your wheels

  • The programs you write for athletes/clients are all slowly starting to look the same

  • You’ve resorted to programming on a weekly basis and now half of your week is spent programming

  • You’re client/athlete is crushing their program, and they’re ready for new challenges

  • You’ve only got a set amount of time with your client/athlete and always find that you’re running out of time

This is exactly why we put in the time to create a system that makes programming easier, more organized, and keeps it efficient! We’ve developed a method for TRAINING2XL, and now we’re sharing it with YOU.
