Introducing the first-ever training2xl team retreat …

I am SO incredibly excited to be hosting a retreat at the South Beach Motel in Southampton, ON from September 26-28th. This weekend will be the perfect blend of movement, activity, recovery, and connection. This is meant to be an experience where you will leave feeling like your cup is filled and not depleted.

  • LOCATION: The South Beach Motel in Southampton, ON

  • DATES: Friday September 26th - Sunday September 28th

  • INVESTMENT: $850 + HST (includes 2-night stay, food, swag bag, and more)

    • If you’d like your own private suite, there would be an additional cost of $100 (total: $950 + HST)

Friday:

Saturday:

  • Morning Run/ Walk

  • Team Breakfast

  • Strength Training Session

  • Sauna + Cold Plunge

  • Wellness Refinery Lunch + Workshop

  • Corn Hole Tournament

  • Team BBQ

  • Sunset Walk

  • Team Fire (Smores + Questions)

Sunday:

  • Morning Beach Walk

  • Team Breakfast

  • Mobility/ Recovery Session

  • Goal Setting Workshop

  • Snacks + Departure


How to register …

  • CALL (519-797-7263) OR EMAIL (gm@thebeachmotel.ca) the South Beach Motel and ask to book the TRAINING2XL TEAM RETREAT on Friday September 26th-Sunday September 28th

  • Payment will be via credit card and broken up into two payments (one upon registration, and the other one-week out from the retreat)

  • Once booked with the South Beach Motel, you’ll receive a confirmation email from me with an intake and waiver to fill out

  • Pack your bags and get ready to eXceL in September!
