Training2XL’s Personalized Performance Programming service is here to help you surpass your goals. Whether you are an athlete of sport or life, you need a clear and structured plan that is designed precisely to address your needs. We believe in a scientific approach that follows a progressively overloaded format to increase performance, while not hindering potential. Even if you don’t have a particular goal in mind, it is vital to train with purpose and intention, and we will help you accomplish that.

After purchasing our athletic performance programming service, you will be prompted to fill out an intake form. This will give us information that will allow us to build the best possible performance program for your needs. Once you receive your program (via GoogleDrive) and begin your training, we will walk through every aspect of your plan to ensure you feel confident with its structure. When you purchase our Athletic Performance Programming service, you are not just paying for the program, you will also receive a weekly check-in every Monday, via Slack.

Who is this program for?

For those who feel confident in the gym but lack direction & guidance with what to do to reach a specific goal. Also for those recovering from an injury, or chronic pain - I structure the program specifically to you!

Do you need certain equipment?

Nope! I program with whatever equipment you have access to. Looking to do a full at-home program with no weights? I got you! I won’t make you do anything you don’t have access to :) 

Do I need to have been an athlete to follow a program?

No, not at all - if you were an athlete or are an athlete, you’re probably used to following a program, but if you haven’t don’t worry! I got your back & will support you through the whole process. 

What can I expect with the workouts?

All the workouts are program for you individually. Upon purchase you will fill out an intake form that will provide me with some important information as to what you’ve done in the past, what type of workouts you enjoy doing & what you hope to gain from the experience!

Are there payment plans available?

Absolutely! If you know you want to commit to 8-weeks, but would prefer to start with the 4-week payment, please communicate that with me via the intake form or email (alena@training2xl.com), & I can invoice you at the start of each phase! 

Can I ask questions any time or do I have to wait until Monday (check-in day)?

You can ask questions WHENEVER you need something answered! I am your coach & I am here to help guide you throughout the entire process whether that be clarifying an exercise, or giving you a pep talk :) 

What’s the XLERATED option?

Last year I released a program called the XLERATOR program to fully equip individuals with the tools to succeed in their training, nutrition and lifestyle. I have now created a hybrid between the two and created options for you to include nutrition, goal setting and 1:1 accountability to your custom programming.

Is the XLERATED option more expensive?

There is additional cost for the XLERATED option because that extension offers more 1:1 coaching from myself to help you succeed in all aspects! Exact pricing dependent on time frame.

If I choose the 8-week XLERATED version, do I only get ONE 1:1 call?

Nope! With the 8-weeks you’ll receive 2 calls - one call each month we’re working together along with your customized nutrition plan.
